  • Nairobi: 1-2 business days. Free on orders over KES 10,000.
  • Rest of Kenya: 3-5 business days. Delivery fees calculated at checkout.
  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns

  • 14-day return window from date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Contact us at info@hikitchen.co.ke to initiate a return.
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no extra cost.
